What is the number one takeaway you’re hoping to get from this course?

After two years of trying to develop a successful online marketing business providing digital mmo products and services, it is clear to me that general-purpose email lists that get few opens and no clicks is a major problem. Targeted emails PROPERLY WRITTEN and sent to prospects in funnels that appeal to subscribers with very similar problems/solutions and/or goals to achieve is where the clicks are. I am beginning to think the mmo niche is too broadly defined except for newly-launched products. I need help identifying appropriate audiences and how to persuade them to act. #1 Takeaway: how to write short, itchy, urgent, and compelling emails to the right people.

As you think about your current email copy-writing skills, where do you struggle most?

My emails are not attention-grabbing by focused prospects. They are "blah" and ordinary. They do not speak to one prospect and align with his needs. I need to connect with self-motivated prospects with itchy, six-second appeals. I need better subject lines to get opens so that I can present emails that get clicked and profits to be made. I need to learn how to "reach" high-ticket prospects. I can be taught what to write (word magic, bright words, calls to compelling action, interesting content,...) but I need to learn how to marry that language with the right people properly identified with split-testing.
