| What is the number one takeaway you’re hoping to get from this course? | Hello Matt, I am in the real estate mortgage note buying and selling. There is a legal side when asking for money in selling mortgage note, so my letter have to build relationship first with three or more touches. The mortgage note business is slow phone conversation intense business. But you have always interest me in marketing something that bring in safe and quick income. I have followed you a long time and believe in you are about during good cash flow business. I like the real estate but I felt like sometime I just missing the cash cow products. From this course I want to understand the concept to be able to change my market to a easier business or product. |

I also struggle with my email list. I would like to get into sending link in an email and know what a good cycle to send emails. |
